We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services. Job Summary Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Sweep, Mop, and Vacuum floors, empties trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms, and replace lining of trash cans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces. Gather and empty trash. Supply, clean, and service restrooms. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust/polish furniture and scrub surfaces clean. Vacuum carpets. Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Request appropriate supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Move furniture. Identify and report possible repairs. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Must be able to work a day or a night shift as required by customer. Must be able to work extra hours as needed with or without notice. Other duties as assigned. Assist with delivery of products to site in as required. Complete assigned Industrial work at our clients' sites to the highest standards. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - Hours: Flexible 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday- with an emphasis on flexibility to suit the nature of our business (includes evenings). Some overnight stays will be required on occasion. Nationwide travel may be required occasionally. This includes working outside Munster Region. Rate: €17.06 per hour.
