Here’s what you’d do:
Serve guests with genuine warmth Show up ready to pitch in, help out, and become very knowledgeable about the food we serve Act with confidence to ensure our guests love their experience when unique situations arise Accurately follow our best known methods, which include processes for interacting with guests, serving, cleaning, and preparing beverages Arrive at work on time looking polished and professional Move quickly, and stand for six to eight hours per day, and lift 50 pounds Wash and cut fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Prepare syrups and mixers from scratch Use a variety of classic and modern beverage-related tools and machinery to prepare beverages Take pride in being part of the most loved restaurant in the neighborhood

Welcomes patients and guests to Health System grounds, and assists with needs to enable patients/guests to get to correct destinations. Responsible for addressing questions and providing information while maintaining appropriate confidentially requirements. Will also be able to manage the drive and parking area, and provide valet parking services when necessary.

Greets patients and guests appropriately, and provides necessary information while maintaining confidentiality.

Transports patients safely by ensuring that equipment is clean and in good repair, and by using proper transfer and transport techniques.
Manages work area. Works as a part of the Patient Experience Office to help provide all aspects of services. In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $20.74 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience: No experience required.
Licensure: Virginia Driver's License (VADL).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently driving, traveling (distance greater than 1 mile) and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull >100lbs. Job is outdoors so seasonal exposure to weather elements. May be exposed to fumes, noise, outdoor climate, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.

As a Greeter, you will create legendary experiences by engaging with guests as they enter the Sports Bar. You'll manage waitlists and ensure that guests are seated in an efficient and effective manner, all while providing superior guest service.

•You know the playing field. Preferably, you have prior experience working in a restaurant or customer service role. You are also of minimum 16 years of age (or higher per applicable law) and are certified in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol handling requirements.

•You know what it takes to create legendary experiences between friends and have exceptional time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.
