There are no pros, this is a predatory corporation. They do not adhere to their own policies, do not honor CBA's or federal law in their dealings with employees.
After working 37 years for Greif , I can honestly state that Greif does not value inclusity or diversity
The Barbershop, Cafeteria and watching the higher ups live the life off of the fruits of others labors while disregarding rights.
They hide from employees trying to use the open door policy, or try to buy you off and get you to sign NDA's. Real Stand Up Leadership.
Fire the entire sycophantic corporate management team.
I was bought out by Greif and they've been nothing but parasitic employers. They do not care about any of the values they espouse, nor do they care about employees who actually do the labor.
Kept at just enough to keep you there. And HR is basically non existent
Predatory and false
leaving a place that has sucked my life away for 37 years, and a corporation that does not adhere to their own values and principles.
Pay, Healthcare benefits, abitility to provide packaging supplies and provide service to a number of "big name" customers. Hard-working plant workers.
Lack of direction, poor company culture, management that seems unconcerned about staff and customers' needs, at times.

Leadership team seems to lack concern for employee work-life balance, safety, and overall well-being.
Leadership training, SWOT analysis, a solid training program for staff to succeed. Remember your values: A team isn't just people working together; it's a group of individuals who trust each other's skills and help each other to reach shared objectives.
General interview
For the area, pay was compatible for the area.
Good old boy thinking/culture with a lack of adjusting, will be the eventual downfall of the organization.
When I clock out on the weekends and become unavailable, so my time can be respected.
The hours fits me schedule
Nothing, the staff was friendly and they was team players
Had no benefits I was focused on salary
Benefits allowed overtime
No room for advancement and work is very physical
