Responsibilities:
Managing the procurement process and supporting clients in the procurement of goods and services.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Expert knowledge in contract methodologies.
Collaborate with Project Managers/Program Managers/ PX / Project Directors to understand project requirements, objectives and milestones
Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions.
Maintaining good records and document controls
Monitoring contract performance, expirations, etc.
Coordinating procurement timelines with schedules and resource needs.
Performs other related project controls duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be organized with excellent analytical skills, be detail and deadline-oriented, and be able to multiâtask and prioritize. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, problem solvers, able to work individually and as part of a team under strict deadlines and have excellent people skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Client specific software is often used for scheduling, and the preferred candidate must be able to adapt to client needs.
Candidate must be experienced with basic business accounting and project management functions. Must be proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet, and Microsoft TEAMS.
Minimum of associate degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Real Estate, or similar.

Minimum Requirements:

As the Senior Principal Highway Engineer, you will be responsible for roadway/highway analysis and design, specifications, reports, and estimates efforts on conventional and general engineering consultant and/or design-build projects for GDOT, county and municipal clients. Additional responsibilities include monitoring labor budgets and schedules for assigned tasks/projects; coordinating with discipline key task leaders and staff to ensure ongoing communications; meeting project deliverable schedules and budgets for assigned projects; and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent experience
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience
Georgia PE licensure
Proven experience leading and/or providing technical guidance to entry/junior-level staff. This includes proven experience reviewing others' work for technical accuracy
Proven experience participating in the design and implementation of new services, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that had great impact on the achievement of functional results
Proficient in construction document production
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders
Proven ability to successfully address challenging or potentially controversial issues in a sound professional and business-like manner

The Aviation Electrical Engineering Intern will be mentored by and collaborate with airfield engineers on our team based in Atlanta, GA. The selected candidate will assist in the design and construction of runways, taxiways, terminals, FAA NAVAIDs, airport lighting systems, and a variety of airport support facilities. Our intern will work on a wide range of airport projects that combine innovative airside and landside design with a strong knowledge of technical standards to exceed client expectations and provide cost-effective solutions. The successful applicant will gain experience in long-term airport planning, detailed engineering design, and construction administration. Engineering design elements will include grading, drainage, pavement geometry, and construction phasing. This is an amazing opportunity to obtain hands-on experience and a better understanding of airport design and the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform calculations requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles
Prepare and revise engineering design drawings
Collect, prepare, and analyze data
