The Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products within a content-focused environment. This role partners closely with Product Owners, SMEs, development teams, and creative/merchandising stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across digital channels. Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing
A Senior SOW Analyst is responsible for all of the above, plus the person provides training and mentorship to new hires, peer review of SOW drafts for team members, and is assigned to the more complex opportunities with more demanding account teams that require excellent and prompt communications.
Daily Responsibilities
Track and support the entire SOW process from technical scoping to approvals, which requires an understanding of who does what and when. This involves Sales, Solutions (technical sales), Consultancy (engineers), the Project Management Office, and associated leadership; depending on the cost of the Level of Effort and SOW.
Support Solution Specialists to refine the customer's stated requirements and how Professional Services will provide the proposed solution.
Creating a legally valid Statement of Work on approved templates using the technical information provided in the approved Level of Effort and language from Solutions on the customer's request.
Ensuring that professional quality documents are completed within internal service level expectations or expedited if necessary.
Support Sales and Solutions in adjusting the sales margin on the SOW while understanding rules and guidelines around internal cost and pricing and remaining compliant with these.
Submitting completed documents that properly contain associated legal agreements (e.g. Master Services Agreement, Terms and Conditions) to Solution Architects.
Engaging with Legal to incorporate feedback, adjust activities and scope, and insert negotiated terms into the SOW as/if necessary.
Managing change in scope, assessing project risk and, with input from Solution Architects, ensuring that project delivery can still be profitably met.
Utilizing 3rd party resources, convert Subcontractor SOWs to outline the tasks and terms to be undertaken by the 3rd party delivery resource.

Performs analyst functions for KC-46 program office including information gathering, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives. Principal Duties and Responsibilities + Shall collect data from various USAF operating systems, identify positive and negative trends and report detailed information using graphs, charts, and spreadsheets as required.
+ Examine and validate the accuracy of the USAF maintenance data to include G081, Program Depot Maintenance Scheduling System (PDMSS), and Logistics Evaluation Assurance Program (LEAP) to ensure that it produces meaningful information
+ Collaborate and coordinate with USAF organizations to improve the accuracy of data inputs to ensure desired outcomes
+ Utilize scientific inquiry in the independent development of mathematical models and computer programs to evaluate and predict aircraft parameter performance, JMP, MATLAB, Simio, Python, VBA
+ Knowledge of quantitative techniques and methods used to develop, adapt, modify, and apply models to resolve problems or define and clarify alternative solutions.
+ Ability to participate in study teams; originate new ideas, projects, and methodologies; and execute projects and/or studies within established financial and/or time constraints.
+ Ability to design, build, and communicate findings using visualization techniques, Tableau preferred with others accepted.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
One of the following combinations of education/experience:
+ + Advanced Degree [Master of Arts (MA)/Master of Science (MS)] and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD
+ BA/BS degree, and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
+ Possess at minimum a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, computer science, one of the physical sciences, engineering or a closely-related scientific discipline.
+ U.S. Citizenship required; Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance required.

+ Military Aircraft Maintenance experience
