We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Architect to lead solution design and functional development for our ERP enhancements. This role will focus gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions, providing strategic recommendations, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) is essential, while experience with Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and SAP Concur integration is highly desirable. Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities · Functional Expertise for Solution Design o Collaborate with business to gather, understand and document business requirements and recommend industry leading end-to-end solutions leveraging native functionality. o Provide subject matter expertise of Oracle ERP in support of best practice processes to design scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned with business objectives. o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. o Develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations. · Cross-Team Collaboration o Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements. o Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot issues. o Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams. o Provide timely input on effort estimates to ensure project adheres to timelines and budget · Integration & Enhancements o Assist with FAH and SAP Concur integration strategies and execution. o Evaluate new Oracle Cloud features and recommend adoption where beneficial. Required Qualifications · Experience: o Minimum 5+ years in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP. o Strong functional knowledge of AP and GL modules. · Skills: o Exceptional communication skills-able to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. o Provide recommendations to configure Oracle Fusion to meet approved business requirements o Contribute to problem solving and solutioning business challenges and identified improvement opportunities o Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Education: o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. o Oracle Cloud ERP certifications preferred.
