MANAGEMENT doesn't have a clue. They are so dishonest they think the employees that work from are also not honest which makes for a hostile environment
There's decent insurance
Around holidays you get a case of beer even if you do not drink
Freedom to work hard and get the job done. Drivers paid by the cases they deliver not by the hour.
Years of load increases but not pay. You are a pack mule with a short quality of life before you can't do the job anymore. 18 years of working here, only seen 2 delivery drivers retire. Many, many more left with life changing injuries. Owner does not care about laborers who made this company.
Pride of working for former owner. He created back stoppers, guns and hoses and many more. No benefit for working for present owner
