Responsibilities
Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations

What Will You Be Doing?
The Coordinator, Inflight Training Administration is responsible for the scheduling and recordkeeping of FAA regulated Flight Attendant training and evaluation. The Coordinator must work proactively to identify the training needs of each Flight Attendant, including Initial Training, Initial Operating Experience (IOE), and Recurrent Training. The Coordinator will deal directly with the scheduling of new hire Flight Attendants, IOEs, and Recurrent Training, to include travel and accommodations. In addition, the Coordinator will assist in the scheduling of Inflight Support Coaches (ISCs) which will operate the IOEs with new hire Flight Attendants. The Coordinator will also assist with training of new Coordinators and will continue to provide support and guidance to the team. The Coordinator will be the daily check that all Flight Attendant qualifications are being maintained and all Flight Attendants are operating legally under FAA regulations. The Coordinator will also provide administrative support as needed to the Inflight Training Leadership team and assist with various department operational needs.
Essential Functions
* Maintain all training and personnel records in an electronic database system as well as daily training attendance records.
* Coordinate scheduling and notification of department personnel for all training events.
* Schedule travel and hotel accommodations for training events.
* Track/audit IOE and line audit hours for ISC pay and submit to payroll.
* Schedule flights and ground transportation for all aspects of Inflight Training.

What Will You Be Doing?
The Manager, Maintenance Planning has overall responsibility for the efficient planning of RON (Remain Overnight) Maintenance, Line Maintenance, and SMV (Special Maintenance Visits) to include engine changes, seat modifications, and any other maintenance event as directed by Maintenance & Engineering department leadership. The Manager, Maintenance Planning, reviews, develops, and modifies (as required), both long-term and short-term forecasted aircraft planning and maintenance schedules using a sliding window basis considering the following: availability of staffing, required tooling, equipment, parts and materials, skillset, and hours necessary to complete the assigned task. Must clearly and efficiently communicate and coordinate as required with the following groups: Line Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Materials, and Purchasing regarding the planning and assigning of maintenance tasks. Effectively communicate with the Manager, SOC (System Operations Control) regarding the timely routing of aircraft to facilitate the accomplishment of planned/assigned maintenance events.
Essential Functions
* Evaluate and modify, as required, all existing planned maintenance events to be accomplished by both Frontier Airlines' maintenance personnel and/or approved maintenance providers. This includes 60-day, 30-day, 10-day, 3-day, and current planning requirements for all routine and non-routine tasks using the Maintenance Due Report.
* Manage a planning team to ensure clear responsibilities are in place, that each team member understands. Implement daily and long-term goals for the team and ensure effective communication through calls and stand-up meetings to coordinate activities.
* Oversee and manage the assignment of all Minimum Equipment List (MEL) items as communicated by the MEL Coordination team.
* Oversee and review plans of all ODM (Other Deferred Maintenance) items for required manpower, parts, facilities, and tooling.
* Coordinate with Material Services and AOG (Aircraft On Ground) to ensure that required parts arrive in time to complete scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
* Ensure proper coordination with Material Services' tool room to ensure required tooling is available on-station to comply with scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
* Oversee and manage the plan and coordinate the sequencing and allocation of daily workload for efficient use of labor, skill level, and facilities.
* Oversee and evaluate the long-term plan for A-Checks, required engine work, and other special allocations for sequencing and optimization.
* Administer and manage all departmental self-audits.
* Effectively manage the aircraft mean hours and cycles in the Frontier Maintenance Information System (FMIS) for accurate forecasting of scheduled maintenance tasks.
* Assist with budget preparations for Line Planning department.
* Help set-up, audit, and maintain the online maintenance planning system in the FMIS to include training, technical knowledge, and practical instruction for Maintenance Planning.
* Plan and schedule work compliance on all EOs (Engineering Order), EAs (Engineering Authorization) and FCDs (Fleet Campaign Directive) issued by Engineering.
* Manage and maintain Planning department rosters and vacation schedules to ensure proper shift coverage is protected and maintained
* Ensure that department personnel, including this position, are properly trained, qualified, and current to perform assigned tasks and in accordance with company manual requirements
* Participate in continuous briefings of daily fleet-wide mechanical status to members of management
* Facilitate communication between teams in the organization to efficiently problem solve collaboratively
Other Functions

Qualifications
* FAA A&P license or equivalent aircraft maintenance experience required
* Minimum 5 years of Heavy Maintenance and/or Line Maintenance or Planning experience
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated skills in this area
* Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration or similar discipline preferred
* Experience with maintenance planning software or software related to planning/scheduling maintenance

What Will You Be Doing?
Provides direct supervision, required guidance, and instruction to inspectors. Provides oversight and administration of Required Inspection Items (RII), NDT tasks, and Receiving Inspection. Performs maintenance inspection on aircraft as required. Assists with the administration of company, department, and other applicable policies. Performs duties required by the Director of Quality Assurance/Chief Inspector when designated.

* Always follow (never deviate from) approved published procedures unless proper deviation approval is authorized.
* Provide direct supervision, required guidance, and instruction to inspectors and receiving inspectors.

* Act as the Borescope Train the Trainer (TTT) as directed by and on the behalf of the Director of Quality Assurance/Chief Inspector to provide initial borescope training and on-the-job training as required.
* Assist with work schedules, days off, vacation and training schedules.
* Monitor the in-process and proper completion of all required aircraft records (as required) during, RON and line maintenance, and outsourced maintenance activities.

What Will You Be Doing?
The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting the training and development of team members at Frontier Airlines with a strong focus on the on-boarding process, as well as providing continued administrative support for all related employee groups (e.g. Corporate, Flight Attendants, Pilots, etc.) and teams post onboarding. The Coordinator is responsible for making a positive first impression for new hires by creating a warm welcome and providing strong service orientation. This position will ensure all new hire paperwork is accurately completed and submitted. In addition to the new hire onboarding, this role will also be responsible for and support the badging program for all Frontier employees.
Essential Functions
On-Boarding Responsibilities 40% of Duties:
* Instruct and assist new hires/rehires in completing applicable onboarding paperwork, ensuring all required documents are collected.
* Complete accurate input of new team members into the HRIS (UKG) system
* Complete E-Verify of new employees with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services web portal.
* Make necessary changes within UKG Onboarding to ensure an up-to-date document library so that new hires are receiving the most relevant information; explore new ways to leverage UKG Onboarding that will result in process improvements and efficiencies.
Administrative and Badging Responsibilities 40% of Duties:
* Provide administrative support in the execution of all HR services and processes related to the full cycle of an employee's employment
* Complete data entry of new hires, rehires and terminations within the Human Resources Information System (UKG).
* Maintain the badging program and coordinate all aspects of the online employee filing system.
* Manage and coordinate the capture of badge photos and issuance of employee/company ID badges, including new hires, contractors, transfers, promotions, retirees, and replacement badges.
* Provide oversight and audit documentation for employee badge program, not to exceed 5% of lost or missing badges.
* Complete the timely approval of employee personal information changes within UKG (e.g. Name Changes, Address Changes, Contact Information Changes, etc.)

Position Overview
The Firewall Engineer II is an experienced, competent, and hands-on firewall engineer who serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Frontier Firewall Engineering team. Material Specialists are involved in receiving, shipping, transporting, issuing, handling and relocating of Frontier Airlines' assets to the appropriate internal customers in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.

* Perform in a focused material area as an Asset Control Specialist to include but not limited to the turn-in of unserviceable parts/materials from maintenance, parts to vendor preparation, and secure monitoring of parts beyond economic repair resolution.

The Senior Coordinator, Loyalty is responsible for leading select communications, marketing and reports across all channels to support the Frontier Airlines Discount Den and GoWild! programs, as well as occasional support for the Co-Brand Credit Card or Frontier Miles programs. What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible to the Director, SOC for ensuring that day-to-day operations comply with regulatory and company requirements regarding aircraft performance and flight planning. Position services as primary subject matter expert in all areas of aircraft performance as well as weight and balance. Position is expected to take leadership responsibility for large, new and continuing SOC projects such as fuel tankering, cost index usage, and weight and balance development/maintenance of databases.
Essential Functions
* Provide on-going support to Marketing/Planning department by providing payload/range capability of the fleet that management can use for strategic market evaluations and market planning.
* Perform new station opening analysis for Dispatch operations and performance requirements.
* Monitor and assess airport construction initiatives for impact on payload performance and operational safety.
* Identify, evaluate, and assist in managing operational changes/improvements to SOC and Flight Operations procedures, policies and processes that will reduce expense, improve the operation, and guarantee ongoing regulatory compliance.
* Provide technical input and expertise regarding proposed and future regulations and FAA guidance impacting Frontier Airlines.
* Calculate weight changes and reweighs for the Frontier fleet; update the appropriate systems and manuals as required.
* Act as the airline's focal point with the AeroData aircraft performance vendor.
* Serve as the AeroData system administrator.
* Oversee development and maintenance of navigation and performance data for the flight planning system.
* Manage aircraft inductions and exits with flight planning and operations management systems.
* Monitor aircraft performance characteristics (i.e. fuel burn degradation).
* Monitor fuel tankering/cost index initiatives.
* Provide on-going support to Operations/Marketing/Planning by providing aircraft performance data that management can use for aircraft valuation purposes.
* Serve as primary Frontier subject matter expert for all One Engine Inoperative (OEI) procedure development and maintenance.
* Perform hazard identification and safety risk assessment as necessary, including change management.
* Assure the effectiveness of safety risk controls.
* Promote safety.
* Advise upper management on the performance of the SMS and any need for improvement.
* May accept Green (low) risk determinations as defined in Frontier's Company Risk Matrix.
Other Functions
* Set goals and priorities consistent with departmental needs.
* Monitor work processes relative to goals; provide measurement as required.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a technical, aviation-related field

What Will You Be Doing?
The aircraft mechanic is responsible for performing various maintenance functions on company aircraft in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as all federal aviation regulations.
Essential Functions
* Perform and assist approved work by their leads within the scheduled shift.
* Ensure completeness of all assigned work documents and records.
* Seek on-the-job training during work shift to ensure proper qualification standards are met and maintained.
* Coordinate all activities with lead mechanic in charge or station supervisor.
