Robert Alan Faith (born 1963/1964) is an American businessman, and the founder, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Greystar Real Estate Partners.

Technology is my passion, and I pay it forward by helping top universities design their engineering curricula. I am a partner to the business, possessing a deep grasp of technology and the ability to clearly convey how it can support the company strategy to business leaders. My legal education is a tremendous benefit in highly regulated industries like Financial Services and Healthcare. As a former software engineer and manager, I am experienced in building high performance, large-scale real-time systems and Internet scale micro-services and web applications that use both an Oracle / Linux / Java / Javascript stack and a Microsoft stack. I also have extensive experience in leading teams in the development and deployment of AI, ML, predictive analytics, NLP, BPM, and RPA solutions, which have enabled companies to gain a competitive advantage within a dynamic and rapidly changing market. I am also an Attorney licensed to practice law in NY and FL, and before the USPTO. Derek Ramsey is an Executive Managing Director and the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Derek serves as a member of the Greystar Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. Derek’s responsibilities include oversight of the financial management and reporting functions and the management of the debt and equity capital resources of the consolidated global enterprise. In addition to these responsibilities, Derek oversees the teams that manage the company’s General Partner Fund, Open-Ended Funds, Investor Client Services, and Research and Strategy. Under Derek’s leadership, Greystar has completed over $1.3 billion in balance sheet capital raising transactions, over $2.0 billion in new financings for Greystar sponsor equity investment vehicles and over $300 million in corporate mergers & acquisitions transactions.

Before joining Greystar in 1997, Derek was an analyst with Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in the corporate finance/investment banking division, where he played an integral role in over $500 million of equity, debt, and merger-and-acquisition transactions.

Derek is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Pension Real Estate Association, and the Urban Land Institute.

Derek received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Business Administration and Finance.

Jeffery Powers is a Chief Financial Officer at GREYSTAR. He works or has worked as VP/Controller at Battle Mountain Gold Co. Jeffery attended University of Arizona.

Jorge Perez is a Service Manager/Chief engineer at GREYSTAR and is based in Greater New York City Area.
