Conduct touch-ups in apartments that have been ready for more than one week, ensuring they remain fresh and inviting. Communicate any community problems and maintenance issues promptly to the Service Manager. Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a similar industry preferred. Ability to assess and fulfill community and apartment cleaning needs with great attention to detail. Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
