Provide direct supervision of Riverside staff to include: approval of timecards, documented feedback/training, time off request approval, and provide feedback/participate in evaluations and disciplinary action as needed. Responsible to reinforce and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and best practices. Utilize Information Systems to support family/agency outcomes. Complete USDA tracking as needed in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain all records in a confidential manner in accordance with the program confidentiality policy. Compile data for Nutrition Coordinator as requested/scheduled through use of electronic systems. Nutrition Education Cooperate with classroom staff to provide nutrition education in the classroom. Ensure system for parent involvement in food program to include: orienting parent volunteers to kitchen, encouraging parent participation in food preparation and clean-up, posting monthly snack and lunch menus at center. Additional Job Responsibilities Attend and participate in program meetings as requested by supervisor. Complete all areas of responsibility in compliance with program code of conduct and confidentiality policies. Be a contributory team member in a positive/productive manner.
