Currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties! Are you someone who's service oriented, courteous, poses basic cooking and safety regulations knowledge with a strong food safety knowledge?

The Grill Cook performs duties and maintains a clean professional work area at all times. To ensure our guests receive the highest standards of quality of beverage, food and service. Assist fellow cooks and managers in the day to day operations. Help train new staff members to meet HGVC standards. Forecast the needs of prepared food for outlets and prep these accordingly to menu specs. Maintain a good and safe work environment.

What will I be doing?

  • Prepare foods according to specs and stock and keep kitchen and all areas clean. Record and report all loss food due to spoiling and over production.
  • Help conduct inventory when necessary especially on high cost items.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management. Willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be outstanding teammate.
