College features outstanding academics. It is unique, however, in its
students' commitment to social justice. Activism is essential in student
life at Grinnell, and many of its graduates join the Peace Corps. The college even maintains an Office of Social Commitment, which advises
Grinnell students on better to serve the common good. The OSC organizes
the “Grinnell Corps,” which provides post-graduate services

Prize. Grinnell organizes into three main divisions: Humanities, Science and
