RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transferring and positioning of the client
Observing and reporting changes in physical and mental conditions
Skin care - assist in applying over the counter lotions to prevent dry skin
Clean and maintain medical equipment - power wheelchair, hospital bed, shower chair, and Hoyer lift
Accompaniment of client when out of home to grocery, doctors appointment, or pharmacy errands.
Prep/clean after a meal
Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry)
Personal care assistance (toileting)
Bathing - perform a skilled transfer into shower using transfers
Dressings
Companionship and conversation
REQUIREMENTS:
Three 4 hour shifts (Monday, Wednesday & Friday ONLY)
Be at least 18 years of age
At least 2+ years of related care-giving experience.
Valid Driver's License
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift 50 LBS
