Usually, grooms don't need a college education. The most common degree for grooms is high school diploma with 38% graduates, with only 24% groom graduates earning bachelor's degree. Grooms who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Pennsylvania or University of Kentucky. Some good skills to have in this position include pet, clipping and animal handling.
