Responsibilities: Partners with faculty and staff to effectively integrate technology into their teaching and administrative workflows. Provides faculty with support for classes that involve technology projects, including one-on-one pedagogical consultations (e.g. assignment design, lesson plans), group training, technology instruction/resources, and digital scholarship. Researches, evaluates, and learns emerging technologies and leads faculty workshops/sessions on various topics for support and/or professional development. Contributes to vision and strategy by implementing ETS initiatives and cross-campus projects, including supporting student, faculty, and academic staff members' digital fluency along with LMS adoption, Artificial Intelligence, and Open Education Resources, and other topics relevant to Denison's strategic planning. Serves as an academic technology specialist and provides creative solutions for discipline-specific needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
