Total Hours per Week in Summer: 55 hours (40 regular + 15 overtime) Winter: Monday - Friday: 8 hours of regular time, plus overtime (usually 2 additional hours per day).     INTRODUCTION TO ROLE A Groundskeeper's responsibility is to perform a variety of landscaping and outdoor maintenance activities, such as mowing, trash clean-up and removal, and site maintenance.
