The Concessions Worker reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with all departments at @the Grounds. The Concessions Worker is responsible for greeting guests in a pleasant manner while filling food and beverage orders. The Concession Worker will operate the Point-of-Sale system and collect money for purchased food and beverage items. Must be 18 or older for this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, the Concession Workers are responsible for the following: Required to complete the Food Safety/Handlers training and the CA Alcohol Server training. Take customer orders and assemble them correctly. Check identification for age-restricted items, such as alcoholic beverages. Accept payment from customers via a cash register.
