Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inspecting, cleaning, and performing repairs on mechanical equipment related to the Asphalt Plant. Knowledge of operating track excavators, back hoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other pieces of equipment a strong plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of asphalt plant. Strong attention to detail. Must have the initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other responsibilities for job completion as requested. Must be willing to work day or night shift, including weekends. Must be willing to travel. Must be able to understand directions/instructions on methods/process to do work. Must be able to maintain high level of awareness for a busy project work environment.
