Keep detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities, along with a comprehensive inventory of supplies, to facilitate efficient management and responsiveness. What we need from you: **A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Experience: Experience in property maintenance supervision, construction, or a related field is required. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Skills: HVAC certification is a significant advantage. EPA certification is also beneficial. Basic skills in electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Before engaging in facility rehabilitation, including Career Technical Skills Training (CTST) projects, seeks and receives approval from the National Office, as applicable. Coordinate with the state or local jurisdiction of authority to obtain all required construction permits and preoccupancy inspections if applicable. Participate in the facility survey process that includes Long-range planning; Review and discussion of the facility survey findings; and Development and implementation of measures to meet Federal mandates like resource conservation, green initiatives, and other environmental issues.
