DEFINITION

The Groundskeeper Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision, coaching, and oversight to GETPAID employees on the job site. GETPAID is a program that currently partners with The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership working the overnight shift removing trash from the sidewalks, emptying and cleaning trash cans and cigarette receptacles, removing graffiti and handbills, and seasonal power-washing sidewalks and alleyways. This individual will operate a company vehicle, trailer, and commercial power washer ensuring the assigned/designated areas are properly cleaned as well as prioritize emergency and non-emergency issues and use discretion in various situations. This individual will act as the liaison with Renewal, Inc. management, staff, GETPAID clients, and the PDP to ensure the needs of the contract are being met. Customer service is a priority when working with clients/employers. Responsibilities also include providing positive interaction and communication between the GETPAID employees and the PDP, the ability to supervise GETPAID employees, evaluating weekly work performance for each GETPAID employee, as well as approving timecards in Renewal's payroll system.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work as a team member, as well as, independently. Individual must possess a high level of personal ethical standards and pride in accomplishment. The individual should have knowledge of the use of power-washing equipment, driving and operating a vehicle and trailer, and various cleaning chemicals. Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise, work effectively and efficiently will all levels of management. Must be a self-starter, motivated, and must be able to adapt to changing technology; proven skills in problem-solving as well as research and computer skills necessary.

A High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a related position are required. Supervisory experience preferred. Valid PA driver's license, Act 33/34, and a high degree of ethics are required.

Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent

Lansbrook Master Association (LMA) is the master HOA for 21 neighborhoods that comprise Lansbrook. We have 1,800 homes in a park-like setting between Brooker Creek Preserve and Lake Tarpon. Lansbrook is a sanctuary in the most densely populated county in Florida (Pinellas County) with its homes containing large lawns and pools. We are no longer related to Lansbrook Golf Course, which is located nearby.

The LMA is seeking someone with the qualifications of golf course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to work with our existing Director of Campus of Services as he progresses towards retirement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (May include some or all of the following as applicable)

+ You will help maintain and enhance the 100+ acres that are part of the Master Association, including:

+ Lakefront Park - A gated waterfront park on Lake Tarpon. The park offers a boat ramp and 25-slip dock, walking trails, a wooden boardwalk, new playground, open-air pavilion, restrooms, and a volleyball court.

+ Lansbrook Commons - A centrally-located park that offers football fields, a kiddie soccer field, 2 volleyball courts, 4 basketball courts, restrooms, and a playground.

+ Hundreds of acres of irrigated and landscaped land along the roads throughout Lansbrook, including common areas that are otherwise maintained by the 21 sub-associations.

+ 3 Pump Houses and 2 Wells that provide irrigation to the Master Association property.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED

Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:

Requires a minimum of (2) year's general experience in repair and maintenance of landscape and landscape irrigation systems. 1 -2 years of Golf Course Maintenance experience desirable. 1 -2 years of Fertility/Fungicide application and maintenance experience preferred. 1- 2 years of experience with repair, maintenance, and design of irrigation , pumping and drainage systems preferred. Experience or ability to properly utilize equipment such as tools, mowers, chainsaws, and similar outdoor equipment while following safety procedures. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
