Jeffrey Mason has spent the last 20 years creating and leading high-growth insurance and insurance technology companies.

From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Mason was the Chief Executive Officer of Groundspeed Analytics, a leading data sciences firm he founded that serves property and casualty insurance companies like Aon, Willis Towers Watson, Travelers, The Hartford, Swiss Re, and Liberty Mutual.

Prior to Groundspeed, he has led teams in sales, marketing, product, and analytics in numerous roles at full-stack insurance and insurance technology companies. From 2002 - 2015, Mr. Mason led alternative risk financing and alternative risk transfer programs at Chelsea Rhone where he formed and managed casualty insurance companies globally for hundreds of clients. Mr. Mason holds a BS, Economics from Michigan State University and an MBA from The University of Michigan.

Jeff leads Sales and Marketing for the company. He has extensive experience in building and scaling high-tech startups, including ten startups with eight successful exits.

Prior to joining Groundspeed, Jeff served in the Insurance and Financial Services industries, in which he helped start sales at Guidewire Software, scaled Adsensa globally, leading to the acquisition by Exari, scaled Ascent from seed round to B round, and began his career at CCC Information Services. He holds a BS from Bradley University and is a certified Business Professional by Hecht & Associates in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.

Sally Sinden Williams is the Vice President Of Product Management at Accelerant Holdings. She attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Tom Wimberly is a Chief Sales & Marketing Ofcr at GROUNDSPEED ANALYTICS INC. He has worked as Chief Innovation Ofcr at Ventiv Technology.
