Ms. Walsh received her bachelor’s of arts degree and a master’s degree in public health from Yale University. She is a member of the Boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, the Boston Public Health Commission, the Massachusetts Hospital Association, the AAMC Council of Teaching Hospitals, Pine Street Inn, Dean’s Council of the Yale University School of Medicine, and the Greater Boston YMCA Board of Overseers.

Roger Davis serves as President and CEO of Conifer Health Solutions. Prior to this, he was President and CEO of Revint Solutions, LLC., where he helped lead the company to become one of the largest, most comprehensive revenue integrity businesses in the healthcare sector. Additional leadership positions throughout his career include: CEO of T-System; Managing Director at Accenture; Executive Director at Perot Systems/Dell Services; Vice President at GE Healthcare/IDX Systems Corp.; and Chief Operating Officer for the faculty practice at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Davis holds a BA in Business Management/Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
