This position involves crisis intervention, staff support, coordinating volunteers, and maintaining facility organization. The Site Lead also assists with administrative tasks, such as supply coordination and reporting, and participates in training and staff meetings. POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Sr. Group Leader is primary responsible for assisting the Manager with the daily operations including supervision of staff and volunteers; implementation and oversight of programs and activities; development of relationships with youth and families; membership recruitment and retention; and management of program data and outcomes.
