This includes, but is not limited to, processes, methods, equipment, and materials. * Arrives on time for the first departing routes * Removes and collects all locks from departing routes. * Conducts a general inspection of the vehicle for any unreported damage. * Verifies that the driver has completed a "Safe" pre-trip vehicle inspection through Samsara. * Inform the Operations and Delivery Managers of any "Unsafe" vehicle violations before departure for cross-load. * Confirms that the loadout matches the driver and/or helper listed and makes necessary updates. * Verifies "Blind Counts" against the Master count sheet with the driver and reports any discrepancies to the Operations/Warehouse Manager. Submits to the Loss Prevention Team. * Ensures the driver has the necessary equipment for the daily route, including safety cones, load bars, plastic wrap, and printer paper. * Maintains and enters the Driver Loadout Code. * Collects load-out for each route. * Responsible for completing the Route Cover Sheet and attaching the Load-Out. * Review all Post-Trip Vehicle Inspections for any reported vehicle damage from the previous day. Report findings to the Operations and Delivery Manager. * Review the Recon End of Day Daily Recap. * Ensures that the Bank Deposit Summary Report aligns with the Recon Daily Report (Excel). Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in collaboration with the Operations and Reconciliation Team. * Verify that all missing or variance DSDs and customer short pay tickets have been created using the Beverage and Kace system. * Review the Trial List to ensure there are no DVR invoices on any routes. Completes regular recon audits. * Ensure the closure of all submitted House routes for 96, 99, 95, and 99. * Ensures general maintenance and cleanup of the office is performed. * Performs all work activities in accordance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures. * Performs all other duties as assigned. * Responsible for auditing driver check-in procedures through the Route Control Specialist. * Reviews route check-in errors on all returning products, ensuring its being organized and separated as good, damaged, close dated and OCD. Report findings to the Operations and Delivery Manager. * Reviews driver load-ins to ensure product overloads, and route equipment is being accounted for on the load-in during check-in procedure. * Reviews the Route Control Specialist is performing duties within the job description and SOP. * Reports findings to the Operations Manager. * All other duties as assigned.
