TREATMENT TEAM LEADER (LICSW, LMHC) POSITION SUMMARY
Treatment Team Leaders provide essential services to an underserved population. Specifically, Treatment Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing a unit within a therapeutic milieu focused on providing intensive treatment services to individuals who have been convicted of a sexual offense. They are responsible for the creation, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans aimed at decreasing risk of re-offense upon release. Treatment Team Leaders provide training and ongoing supervision to clinical therapists who facilitate treatment within the Treatment Team Leader's assigned unit. In addition, Treatment Team Leaders facilitate treatment for individuals who have engaged in sexual offense conduct. These staff members also assist in the evaluation of participants for program progression and graduation. Treatment Team Leaders are essential to the treatment program's ultimate goal of ending sexual violence, or "No More Victims."
An ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a human service-related field (e.g., social work, psychology, mental health counseling). Candidates must be independently licensed (e.g., LICSW, LMHC). Ideal candidates are conscientious, organized, intellectually curious, excellent team players, maintain strong boundaries, adept at clinical case conceptualization, and possess excellent clinical writing skills. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment with challenging clinical cases are especially well-suited for this position. Although this position requires independent licensure, Unit Directors attend clinical supervision; candidates should be open to the clinical supervision process, as well as receptive and willing to implement feedback. Prior experience working in the field of sexual abuse treatment and prevention is not required; all necessary training is provided following official hire.

Group Leaders are responsible for supervising a group of 4-7 participants while at camp, and for leading them in a variety of outdoor and indoor age-appropriate activities. JOB FUNCTION:
PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITY:
-Help plan, develop and implement the curriculum with the guidance and support of the Site Coordinator.

-Adhere to all OCCS regulations and Old Colony Y policies.
-Assist in preparing breakfast, lunch, and snack for assigned children.

*Organizing field trips *Developing and implementing age-appropriate activity plans
-Assist on field trips and special events to ensure the safety of children.
-Complete necessary paperwork including accident/incident forms, documentation and observation sheets
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Help ensure maximum enrollment is achieved.
FACILITY/HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist in clean up of all rooms used in the program.
-Help maintain inventory of games, craft supplies, snack supplies, and equipment reporting needs of such equipment or supplies to Site Coordinator.
-Responsible for leaving indoor/outdoor and vehicle areas clean and in proper condition for the next program use.
INTERDIVISIONAL AND COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY:
-Attend all staff meetings and Y trainings.
-Participate in Interdivisional job assignments as requested.

Group Leader - Solutions Extended Day Program

Job Description- Group Leader Day-to-day responsibilities include the following: * Greet each child in the assigned group. * Work with the Site Director to take attendance. * Responsible for safety and well being of each child in his/her care. * Teach and lead assigned group activities.
* Responsible for assisting other staff members in cleaning program areas at the
end of each session.
* Reports to Site Director.
Periodic Duties:
* Responsible for attending all staff meetings.
* Assist Site Director in keeping an open line of communication between and
among program directors, school principal and families.
Occasional Duties:

Group Leader Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma
