SPAN's Device Software team is responsible for all of the software that is physically embodied in our hardware products. GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for daily foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation activity, which includes working with bank attorneys, borrowers, and third parties. Collection of residential mortgages, and Home Equity Lines of Credit minimizing potential losses on delinquent loans. In compliance with Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and other regulations, initiate outbound loss mitigation efforts to resolve delinquency or assist the borrower with options available to bring the account current. Analyze customers' situations and collateral risks to present alternative solutions such as forbearance plans, repayment plans, payment deferrals, pre-foreclosure/short sales, and deed in lieu. Submission, tracking and reconciling of late-stage delinquent loans, including recommendation for foreclosure when appropriate. Provide technical and procedural support and direction to Mortgage Loss Mitigation team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage late-stage delinquent loan inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls with borrowers to ensure quick and effective solutions are provided to each borrower.
Counsel and guide customers to achieve workout alternates based on their circumstances.
Comply with the FDCPA and other local and federal regulations.
Adhere to Cathay Bank's policies and procedures.

Deployment without advance notification may be required. This position must have experience with radiological/nuclear detection instrumentation. This position is contract award dependent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include but are not limited to the following.
Initiate, organize and report on all program planning and management taskings.
Ability to deploy equipment when needed. This requires transporting detection equipment via towable trailer to various locations as designated by the client.
Coordinate, initiate and track the progress of deployments of the assigned equipment.
Ensuring detection equipment is repaired, calibrated, and maintained in a ready state for deployment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Provide coverage during standard and non-standard hours of business to include weekends and Holidays when necessary.
Provide just-in-time training on deployed equipment, as needed, to stakeholders at events.
Ensure completion of After-Action Reports AAR at the conclusion of deployments.
Assist with scheduling of off-site part-time staff to support surge deployments.
Provide status updates to the Program Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experienced in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear CBRN detection with emphasis on R/N detection.
10 years relevant experience in R/N detection training and supporting preventive R/N detection mission operations at special events or during steady state operations where R/N detection is regularly employed. Event support can also include but not limited to demonstrations, training, and exercises at Department of Homeland Security Special Event Assessment Rated SEAR Events or National Security Special Events NSSE.
Knowledgeable in using the following the equipment: Personal Radiation Detectors PRD Spectroscopic/Non-Spectroscopic; Human Portable Radiation Detection Backpacks; Radiological Isotope Identification Device RIID High-Res/Low-Res; Mobile Radiation Detection Systems. Auxiliary Equipment: Radios, Radioactive Material Sources.

Previous experience working with children preferably in a day camp setting
Experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: outdoor living, archery, boating, camping, songs/music, skits, sports, aquatics, recreational games, etc…
At least 18 years of age.
CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse Prevention training within 30 days of hire date.
Previous experience with diverse populations preferred.

After School - School Age Child Care Counselor/Leader is responsible for general supervision of youth and teens, planning and implementing activities (physical activities, nutrition, academic enrichment, homework assistance, and light tutoring). Due to the direct supervision and ratio requirements outlined by the State of California, this position will not have an option to work from home during program operational hours.
SALARY RANGE: $24.00-$25.00/Hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by; knowing participant locations at all times, making participants aware of and enforcing appropriate safety regulations and procedures, applying appropriate behavior management techniques, and maintaining all program equipment and facilities.
Assist children with school-directed virtual learning.
Implement group activity plan; preparing materials, activities, and environments
Consistently demonstrate positive interaction with all children; talk to them and treat them with dignity and respect. Help children to develop a positive self-esteem and sense of self-worth
Adhere to all processes, procedures, rules and regulations of the YMCA, licensing, Public Health Department and school district.
Positively ID individuals picking-up before releasing children.
Identify emergency situations then respond quickly and appropriately.
Consistently demonstrate positive discipline; teach and redirect rather than scolding or reprimanding; firmly and consistently enforce the rules.
Introduce yourself to parents & teachers, and communicate with them regularly with confidence regarding accurate program information: schedule changes, permission slips, etc.
Clean, disinfect and pick up areas used by the program, as needed.
Follow all YMCA policies for working with youth and vulnerable adults.
Complete required abuse prevention training.
Supervise high-risk activities responsibly and report any unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Follow mandated reporting laws for suspected abuse.
Performs other duties as assigned.
