Position Summary: The IT Site Lead is responsible for providing reliable and efficient regional DIT support across North America, ensuring DIT services meet performance, availability, and support targets. This role collaborates with global and regional IT teams and external service providers to support solutions aligned with DIT's strategic objectives. The IT Site Lead also oversees local IT infrastructure security, patch management, and compliance while acting as the local contact for IT-related projects and regional solutions. Job Accountabilities: IT Support * Provide 2nd line support for incidents and problems the 1st line support team could not solve. * Troubleshooting hardware and software problems * Closing out local helpdesk tickets in a timely manner * Administering local business user accounts for new and reassigned colleagues in Active Directory, as well as maintaining the user groups, and any modifications, Additions, changes, and/or deletions in AD * Work with vendors and internal teams to implement tool enhancements and upgrades.
