Summary:
This Site Manager role is a dynamic position that is highly visible to Renovo Life Sciences colleagues and customer stakeholders. As a subject matter expert in laboratory operations and compliance, this role will ensure site regulations are followed and audits are conducted. This is a dedicated role to one facility that will be full-time onsite.
What you will do:
Ensure all site-specific requirements are always documented and updated. Communicate any changes to existing requirements while coordinating all projects at the Boston site
Drive compliance and training documentation adhering to site regulations
Create/Modify SOPs, Work Instructions, and Policies and document workflows and processes by working with Boston site leaders for opening/closing work orders, escorting, add/deletes, identifying potential T&M converting to RenovoCare, and conducting site inventory during shutdowns
Support and perform periodic audits to ensure compliance and standardization
Lead training sessions to educate staff on Vertex and Renovo systems
Collaborate with other departments at Renovo and Vertex to maintain compliance and standardization of the program
Create and maintain on Vertex Teams share point a library of resources for staff to reference and adhere to compliance and standardization
Drive best practices at Boston site
Responsible for RenovoLive and Nuvolo monthly reconciliations between both systems so credits are issued per SOW/SLA agreement
Oversee the Maintenance/Deployment of WattIQ System at Boston site
Manage after hours alert escalation team and follow up with afterhours escalation team regarding alerts
Submit support tickets as needed to WattIQ
Respond to all hardware alerts including gateways
Manage relationship between WattIQ and Renovo
Communicates with WattIQ regarding large lab moves, planned network and power outages, basic WattIQ training as needed
Responsible for WattIQ/Vertex SOP
Coordinate meetings with Vertex stakeholders and manage expectations with end users regarding WattIQ data insights
Coordinate Trainings and support for Renovo
Identify units to prioritize for replacement or maintenance -- update/optimize PM plan based on data
Identify units trending high on alerts and take corrective action
Identify units with low door opening activity
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience laboratory and asset management compliance
Proficient with Microsoft and Google software applications (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills
Interact effectively with company personnel and clinical staff in accordance with Renovo's operational and personnel policies/procedures
Exercise problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with all equipment and technology

Aspire is a program of the Massachusetts General Hospital and Partners Healthcare Systems that serves more than 200 participants, teens, and young adults with social cognition challenges, including Asperger's Syndrome, High-Cognitive Autism, Nonverbal Learning Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Aspire Adventure Camp serves 100 participants aged 5-13 who have the cognitive capacity for solid peer connections but who lack the understanding and skill set to form those connections. The summer program is an immersive experience in which campers are placed into well-matched groups, with participant-to-staff ratios no greater than 3:1. Participants engage in outdoor education activities, such as hiking and fishing, theme-based curriculum, such as art or recreation, and skill building lessons to support in the development of social skills, stress management strategies, and self-awareness.
Qualifications
GroupLeaders are responsible for supervising a group of 4-7 participants while at camp, and for leading them in a variety of outdoor and indoor age-appropriate activities. GroupLeaders are responsible for applying social support and behavior management techniques to help campers achieve individual and group goals; guiding their campers to participate in groups led by other professionals (ex. music specialist, art specialist, etc.); and for supporting and mentoring the Assistant GroupLeader assigned to work with them. GroupLeaders must have a desire to help neurodivergent children develop their social skills, self-esteem, and self-worth while helping them succeed and have fun.

1.Lead a group of 4-7 campers through daily camp activities, actively engaging with them during the activities, transitions, and down time. Model engaged behavior when participating in Specialist-led activities. * Available to work whenever the program is in session also on Early Release Days and occasional full day
vacation weeks (onsite 2:15pm-6:15pm daily for Zeh and Proctor Schools and 2:45pm-6:15pm for
Lincoln and Peaslee Schools).
* Work with the GroupLeader and Site Coordinator in recommending and developing and implementing programs of activities that support sports, games, math, science, arts and humanities, language, honesty, friendship, respect, caring, confidence, courage, sharing, cooperation, kindness, and empathy.
* Assist with and co-facilitate activities.
* Help to set up at the beginning of the program and clean up at the end of the day.
* Supervises and engages with children during activities.
* Establishes a good rapport with families and provides feedback on child's experiences in the program.
* Ensures the spaces used by their group are left clean and organized.
* Utilize positive behavior management techniques.
* Provides high-quality educational and recreational opportunities and enjoyable experiences for students.
* Assist in the general preparation and housekeeping of the environment.
* Is adaptable with changes in programming.
* Ensures order within the groups at all times, including snack and activity times.
* Knows and follows all emergency procedures associated with the program.
* Promote an atmosphere that encourages healthy and productive learning and play and fosters positive self esteem in children.
* Treats all students and colleagues with dignity and respect.
* Is culturally competent and provides an inclusive environment for all learners and colleagues.
* Assist the groupleader and site coordinator with execution of age-appropriate activities on a daily basis.

Work Environment:
Work is generally performed in a school/office environment during the school day, however there may be occasions for after school meetings.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the assistant groupleader is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk, and hear. The assistant groupleader is regularly required to bend, stoop, crouch and/or kneel. The assistant groupleader is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have sufficient mobility to navigate within a large school building. Must be able to navigate uneven terrain in the form of sand, hills, concrete and woods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close-up vision, distance, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The job requires high levels of alertness and concentration.
