Position Summary Our Commercial Insurance division is currently seeking a Unit Leader to join our team. This dual role operates as an Account Executive and provides day-to-day oversight for the traditional service team. As Unit Leader, this role ensures effective operations and best in class customer service for our middle market clients. This position also serves as a strategic risk consultant for an assigned book of business. The Account Executive is the primary lead on the account and serves as the formal liaison to the insurance carrier on behalf of the client. As an extension of the Producer, the Account Executive works closely to strengthen existing client relationships and secure new business. The Account Executive is part of a three-tier service team which is joined by an Account Manager and Account Administrator. The service team provides comprehensive service to clients and prospects through a defined service timeline to free producers to focus on additional growth opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as team lead for a large book of business, providing day-to-day mentoring, coaching and guidance to their team as they work collectively to service their clients.
