As an Enrichment Leader with Belmont Village Senior Living, you will plan, organize and implement specialized activities for a group of seniors with cognitive disabilities living within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and teaching small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in our award winning therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
Preparing materials and conducting relevant research to confidently lead engaging memory enrichment activities
Assisting with Cognitive Assessments, tracking and trending of resident participation and maintaining compliance related documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or a related field of study.
Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population
Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude

Role accountabilities:
In this role, you will support the CPS Lead by conducting thorough site inspections of construction works related to Cosburn Station and Bain EEB. You will be responsible for monitoring construction activities to ensure they align with IFC drawings, technical specifications, and all relevant standards. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be to record and document all hold points, witness points, and inspections as required by ESDC procedures, while maintaining accurate and detailed inspection reports, including photographic records and comprehensive site observations.
You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining inspection and progress trackers, which support the ESDC team in monitoring the status of construction, managing documentation, and tracking outstanding actions. Your keen attention to detail will also be essential as you communicate field observations, identify non-conformances, and raise any potential design-related issues to the Engineer of Record (EOR) and project team. Coordination with the contractor's representatives will be a regular part of your work, as you facilitate inspections, resolve queries, and support the resolution of design clarifications, such as RFIs, NCRs, and Field Change Requests.
In this position, you will participate in regular site coordination and progress meetings, providing valuable input on design-related construction matters. You will also support the design team by reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure they are consistent with observed site conditions. Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Construction Engineering Technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees the general operations within a permitted area; corrects any operational deficiencies in order to comply with Permit, Operating Plan and Company operating standards.
Supervises and trains hosts and maintenance personnel according to established procedures and develops effective working relationships with same.
Assists in conducting training workshops, including new hire orientation at the beginning of each season and ongoing safety tailgate meetings.
Maintains a good working relationship with fellow employees, governmental agency representatives, and the visiting public.
Handles visitor complaints and rules violations in a courteous and professional manner and seeks to resolve such situations quickly and effectively.
Troubleshoots and responds to situations as they occur within permitted areas.
