The Substation P & C Lead is responsible for leading small teams of engineers and designers to support a client's substation project. The group lead is responsible for the technical direction and supervision of a project. The group lead may assist in client communications, project proposals, and project reporting. This position supports substation department manager. This position requires communication skills, accounting skills, and the ability to manage complex processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the technical direction and supervision of a group comprised of engineers, designers and technicians.
Supports establishing work assignments and reviews project performance to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
Establishes, promotes, and assures quality on all projects and work performed by the Substation P & C Group.
Assists project or program managers in scoping and estimating projects, developing fee and scope proposals.
Assists project or program managers in managing budget hours, the project cost, and managing the resource schedule.
Performs technical oversight and coordinates checking/review of deliverables and other project documents.
Identifies training needs for staff and budgets, plans, coordinates, and conducts training as required.
Responsible for the selection, development, training and retention of engineers, designers, and drafters within the group.
Responsible for the continuous performance evaluation and coaching of staff and provides feedback to the group.
Conduct's group meetings with staff as required to communicate department and company objectives as required.
Promotes a strong safety culture within group and ensures staff incorporates safe work practices into all activities.
Approves timesheets and authorizes overtime, vacation, and indirect and overhead activities. May also approve expense reports.
Works with project manager to identify methods to improve project execution, work processes, and procedures to continually improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

This position is housed at the Hamblen County Campus and requires both office-based clinical and administrative work and community-based clinical interactions.
The Crisis Stabilization Unit Team Leader will be responsible for engaging clients, peers, and community members in a professional and therapeutic manner.
JOB SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities include supervision of resident counselors, transportation, and peer specialist staff on the CSU.
This will involve direct clinical supervision and managing scheduling for the unit.
The Team leader will provide direct front-line and coverage on the unit.
The Team Leader will also serve as liaison with CSU Reception Center Staff in assisting with admission and discharge planning that will include coordination with transportation staff and liaisons with community agencies, ER, law enforcements, etc. for post CSU services.
Serves as a clinical member of the multi-disciplinary team, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support for client population.
Introduce and teach key recovery concepts through Illness Management and Recovery Groups to include Team Solutions and WRAP.
Regular attendance is an essential job function.
Due to CSU and WIC being 24 hours/7 days per week programming, the following expectation is applied to all staff working in these programs.
All staff will be present and on time for shift in order to relieve previous shift.
All staff will stay on shift until relief coverage arrive.
All staff have been briefed on the nature of the programming and understand that shifts must be covered in order to keep our staff and clients safe.
All staff recognize that if bad weather is predicted be prepared to make it in prior to poor travel conditions and to stay until relieve staff can make it in.

POSITION SUMMARY:
