* Generate and monitor reporting related to loan maturities, annual reviews, covenants, financial reporting requirements, delinquency, renewals, conditions and related reports.
* Ensure annual reviews and covenant tests are completely consistently and as scheduled, escalating credit risks identified in the process.
* Tailor individual and group training when gaps are recognized to ensure skill set progression to maximize performance and professional growth
* Assign credit relationships to PM's based on capacity, credit acumen and other factors.
* Review and endorse/ or approve Annual Reviews or credit requests ensuring the analysis and related materials are complete and accurate, including credit risk identification and risk rating assignment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description

Team Leader
at Goodwill, you will assist management with the daily operations of a retail store/ outlet. The Team Leader will direct staff to ensure the retail store/outlet operates efficiently. This position will mentor new employees, teaching them skills to succeed in a career in retail. If you have strong leadership skills and want to put them to the test, the Team Leader position is the perfect fit for you!
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
Assist the management team with the responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of a retail store/ outlet.
Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers, while ensuring that production and quality goals and standards are achieved.
Maintain and promote a clean and safe work environment.
External Hiring Range
: $13.80 up to $14.62/hour
Schedule
: Will vary, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Travel:
Local travel may will be required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
AND
1 year of experience supervising, or leading groups required.
Internal Candidates will be considered with
- High school diploma or equivalent
AND
6 months of experience working at Goodwill required.
Experience in retail, including fast food, re-sale, or manufacturing/production experience preferred.
REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Candidates are expected to provide current, valid Child Abuse Clearance.

The Cashier Team Lead's primary responsibilities:
Provides exceptional customer service while acting as a role model for fellow team members
