Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
* Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
* Minimum 8 years of progressive geotechnical experience, including management of technical teams and client-facing roles.
* Proven ability to lead complex projects involving foundations, embankments, slope stability, earth retention systems, and CMT services.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience applying geotechnical standards from AASHTO, ASTM, TXDOT, IBC, and other industry accredited authorities in design and reporting.
* Technical expertise with CPT data interpretation, settlement analysis, liquefaction evaluation, and ground improvement techniques.
* Familiarity with software tools such as GeoStudio, LPILE, Settle3, and gINT.

The Site Leader will provide world class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration, high-profile projects for Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. WORKING CONDITIONS:

This is accomplished by ensuring that all resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):
* Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
* Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
* Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
* Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.
* Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
