The EUV OPP GroupLeader will report to an EUV OPP Operations Manager and sets the operational course, technical direction, employee development and leadership to a team of leading engineers who provide support to ASML customers. Flawless execution and co-ordination of technical and operational activities completed by ASML personnel at the customer site are critical. Managing and coaching a group of lead engineers and assisting them on their individual growth journeys is also a key component.
This position is a leadership role in a 24x7 support organization. As part of a small team that functions 24x7 you are the first point of contact for both operational needs as well as organizational needs. You own your reports and are accountable for all of their output. This includes performance, skills management, quality, and above all safety.
The OPP team leader will work together with the current EUV OPP manager and EUV leadership team to support the 24x7 lead engineers in the office. The lead engineers will formally report into this team lead position. The team leader will flex working hours to match the same shifts as their team and will ensure continuous support for the 24x7 operations in both personnel scheduling and skills management in the team of 8 lead engineers.

Essential Functions
* Collaborates with colleagues, parents, and school staff to design and support a quality program that meets the needs of the school families.
