The Level III Inspector will play a vital role in ensuring product and process compliance with both customer and industry specifications across Holtec’s manufacturing operations, supporting a broad portfolio of components and systems in the nuclear, clean energy, and heavy industrial sectors.
The NDT Level III will be responsible for managing and overseeing NDT operations, qualifying and certifying personnel, writing and reviewing procedures, performing inspections, and supporting internal and external audits. This position will serve as the technical authority for assigned NDT methods and will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to support manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory codes.
Minimum required qualifications include a
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years of NDT inspection experience as a certified Level II in Radiography (RT) or other applicable methods. Current or prior certification as ASNT Level III in at least Radiographic Testing (RT) and ideally one or more of the following: UT, PT, MT, VT. Strong understanding of real-time X-ray inspection systems, digital radiography (DR), and interpretation techniques. Demonstrated knowledge of quality system requirements such as ASME Section III, NQA-1, ISO 9001, and AS9100. Competency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical procedures, and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with NDT imaging software.
Additional desirable qualifications
an associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Non-Destructive Testing. Experience in the nuclear or aerospace industries and familiarity with stringent regulatory compliance standards. Previous possession of a Radiographer’s Card and formal Radiation Safety training. Perform and monitor all receiving and stocking functions within the fulfillment center located at 800 3rd Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
The Stocking and Wholesale Group Lead is responsible for the unloading and storage of all delivered receipts, returns, and samples shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to the fulfillment center at 800 3rd Avenue. Delivery of all inbound mail and office packages should be completed on the same day it was delivered by the Post Office.
Assist with managing the floor locator for the E-Commerce and Retail/Wholesale department for each season/year. The locator should group like deliveries together and provide a layout that supports an efficient pick path.
Communicate with the Receiving team on priorities to maintain a 24-48-hour service level for initial stocking. After an Inbound License Plate Number (ILPN) label is applied to a carton, it should be stocked in either a forward or back-stock location within 24-48 hours.
All cartons must be slotted to be put away in their proper locations according to the current season locator. This includes teaching associates the correct way to cut cartons once in a location, consolidate ILPN's when needed, and determine whether cartons should be placed in forward back stock or actual back stock.
Assist with put-away, floor moves and consolidations. Actively support the movement of inventory and maintain a clean and organized back-stock area.
Work with Stocking and Wholesale Fulfillment Management to decide what inventory should be moved to backstock and what inventory should remain in current season racks.
Maintain a clean, organized and workable dock both indoors and outdoors.
All outgoing parcels and mail collected from the facility located at 781 3rd Avenue should be delivered to the packaging station located adjacent to the Senior Director's office.
Assist with the transferring of units between buildings. This includes driving the company truck, loading/unloading pallets, and pulling/stocking inventory in active picking locations.
Perform the operational functions that maintain the flow of work of Wholesale Fulfillment.
Perform all the daily operational tasks that maintain the flow of work of the Wholesale Fulfillment department. This includes but is not limited to:
Wave orders in WM
Print and distribute labels and/or tasks.
Run and complete Replenishment Assignments
Support the Wholesale Shipping Group Lead
Provide instruction and guidance to any Fulfillment Center Associate assigned to the Wholesale Fulfillment Department on any given day.
Regularly check for unconfirmed cartons in the WM dashboard
Oversee the Wholesale Picking Floor while working in a hands-on manner in order to ensure that all Wholesale orders are picked correctly and sent to the Shipping Department in a manner that enables the Shipping Team to quickly process each order.
Assist the Shipping Group Lead with overseeing the VAS area to minimize Account Chargebacks for our Major Accounts by following routing guidelines for each Major.
Assist the Shipping Team with sending picked orders from the Wholesale picking area to the VAS area while handling any complications with the conveyor or flow of packages.
Assist the Wholesale Fulfillment and Stocking Supervisor with the inventory maintenance of all Wholesale Boxes. Notify the Supervisor when orders need to be placed for these materials.
Ensure that all orders are confirmed and sent to Shipping by using the WM dashboard to identify unconfirmed cartons.
Assist the Inventory Group Leads by researching shortages to confirm cartons when they need assistance. When either the Inventory Control Manager/Supervisor or the Inventory Control Group Leads are absent, the Stocking and Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead is expected to serve as a larger support to research shortages.
Take the lead during the later hours (3:00-7:00). The Stocking and Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead is expected to prepare for each day by understanding the priorities and order flow expectations before his/her shift begins.

As a powered equipment user, it is your responsibility to have a heightened sense of awareness while using our various machines. You will be required to abide by signage in the warehouse, use spotters when needed, and be a catalyst for safety within the fulfillment centers.
During all aspects of working within the fulfillment centers, safety is key and should be at the forefront of everyone's minds. You will be expected to not only act in a safe manner, but also report any unsafe behavior you see to your direct Supervisor.
Pallets, plastic wrap, and cardboard must all be disposed of in the proper areas.
While processing Majors and/or Pack and Hold orders, you are expected to keep all staged pallets organized, labeled, and wrapped appropriately to ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up.

Assist, as directed by a Supervisor, Manager, or the Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities, with the operation of employee sales and giveaways. This includes the setup, operations during the sale, take down of the materials, and returning goods to stock.
Operate the employee sales and giveaways in a manner which enables the Fulfillment Center to provide reasonable service levels during the sale.
Provide leadership and motivation to others
Serve as a good role model and personally conduct oneself in a diligent, professional, punctual manner. At all times remain serious about getting the work done on time and accurately.
Serve as an example and motivate others to rise to the occasion to meet objectives every day, especially during seasonal peaks.
Take part in all work functions. The Group Lead instructs others while also personally performing work tasks.
Although this position is a Group Lead position, it is not a supervisory position. All Wholesale Fulfillment Associates report to the Wholesale Fulfillment managerial team.
Work in a hands-on, active manner.
Meet deadlines while respecting the Merchandise
This position requires an appreciation of the deadlines inherent in the industry. Because of the seasonality of the business, timeliness is essential. Merchandise is either on time or the deadline is missed; there is no concept of lateness. Deadlines must be met.
Many of the accounts that require VAS on their orders also require that the orders ship within a specific time frame. The Stocking and Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead must be mindful of shipping deadlines.

About the Position
As one of the Teaching Pathway programs that CBED offers, Freedom Schools Literacy Academy (FSLA) is a 5-week summer apprenticeship program that prepares high-school and college-aged aspiring educators by way of providing literacy intervention to elementary school scholars. Reporting to the Program Manager of FSLA from the central office, the Site Lead serves as the on-site leader of programming. They provide operational and instructional leadership to ensure programming is being operated with fidelity and we are providing an enriching experience to scholars, families, and apprentices.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the daily operations of the Child Care classroom in conjunction with the Child Care Parent Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual. Uphold the YMCA Mission at all times, focusing on the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Utilizing the current PA Early Learning Standards to: plan, implement, assess and evaluate the daily operations of the classroom, using child needs and assessments as a guide to planning.
Offering activities that meet the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development of each individual child, establishing goals and maintaining child portfolios while implementing culturally diverse experiences.
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children on a daily basis; ensuring the classroom environment and outdoor areas are well supervised and in good condition.
Using positive guidance techniques outlined in the parent handbook, that incorporate the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility when working with children, families and coworkers.
Establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with families, keeping parents/guardians well informed regarding the child’s growth and development, offering family resources and utilizing all communication resources.
Ensuring Assistant Teachers and Aides are included in the planning, implementing and evaluation of the daily program activities.
Maintaining all paperwork (attendance, developmental screenings, child assessments, accident/incident reports, monthly reports, annual professional goals and assessments), and submit to the Child Care Office in the required timeframe.
Attending all staff meetings and family events as instructed by the Center Director
Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude that reflects the YMCA at all times, upholding the policies outlined in the YMCA Personnel Policy handbook and Child Care Parent Handbook.
Any other duties deemed necessary to ensure the success of the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum age of 18.
Minimum Associate Degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years (3,750 hours) of documented experience working with children.
Certifications: American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR/AED and Pediatric First Aid within 15 days of hire.
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
A commitment to continuous quality program improvements.
Completion of required trainings.
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to lift and carry 15-50 pounds
Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position and to safely supervise children’s activities.
Must be able to see, hear, direct, and assist members, guests, and staff to ensure safety.
Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to the activity.
