Minimum Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Fitness Instructor certification or obtain within first 90 days of employment; certification must be maintained throughout employment. Experience working in customer service. Certified to teach the appropriate specialty class such as Les Mills Body Pump, Flow, Kettleworx, or similar, when appropriate. Ability to work independently. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Strong customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with others. Preferred Qualifications Group Fitness certification from ACE, ACSM, AFAA, or NSCA.
