POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Group Leader is primarily responsible for leading and directing elementary and middle school-aged members. In groups of approximately 10 to 20 youth (depending on the current guidelines), in various recreational and developmental activities in multiple areas including, but not limited to, the games room, learning center, and outdoor area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures programs and activities adhere to current health and safety protocols.
Coordinates assigned program services and cooperative learning activities for youth that are both fun and instructional; displays a high level of enthusiasm and commitment for activities.
Effectively plan and lead programs, services, and a variety of activities for members; promote and stimulates program participation. Provides guidance and role modeling to members.
Responsible for daily set-up and clean-up of all materials used during the program.
Work in the food service area preparing, cooking, and cleaning up according to established guidelines.
Supervises members in program area; monitor and supervise the safety and behavior of members; ensures equipment is in good condition and members instructed in proper and safe use of equipment.
Assess facility needs and perform janitorial duties or manual labor as needed - mopping, cleaning tables, trash removal, disinfecting, painting, playing games, moving equipment, etc.
Recognize and react quickly to problems-arguing, fighting, horseplay, and stop undesirable activity quickly.
Maintains accurate program attendance records and submits them in a timely manner.
Cultivates positive relationships with members, their parents and/or guardians, and staff.
Regular attendance is expected.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age with High School diploma or GED required with some college experience; or a combination of knowledge and experience.
A minimum of 48 units of college curriculum or completion of the Classroom Assistant Proficiency Exam (CAPE) required; or a combination of knowledge and experience.
Minimum of one 1 year experience working directly with school aged youth and knowledge of youth development is preferred.
Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth; instruct, coach and direct varied activities.
Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, email, internet research, social media navigation.
Possess skills for instruction, direction and guidance, with the ability to lead and control groups of children in various recreational and educational activities and settings.
Respond according to procedure for emergency and disciplinary situations.
Ability to effectively communicate with youth, parents, staff, volunteers, and community partners displaying tact, maturity and flexibility.

Summary
There are many types of roles to be played in live action training. As such, there are multiple categories of role players required: generic, foreign language speaking, opposing force (bad guy), and casualty (to include Cut Suit and Amputee). Normal shifts are generally between eight (8) and twelve (12) hours (day and/or night). Individuals must be comfortable and willing to be “handled” and “touched” by Special Effects Make-up Artists (applying wounds) and members of the Training Audience (rendering aid or detaining).
Role players should be accustomed to working in adverse and austere conditions. Role players have supported training exercises in the desert during the summer months and the mountains in the winter months. Individuals should be professionals that pride themselves in doing what is necessary to ensure the Training Audience is as prepared as possible for any contingency during a traumatic event or an operational deployment.
Foreign Language Speaking (FLS) - A key component to Hyper-Realistic training is the incorporation of language skills, customs, and culture into the training scenarios. FLS role players incorporate a dynamic, interactive cultural awareness component to the urban training exercise. Often, FLS role players are called upon to play the role of an Interpreter.
Opposing Force (OpFor) - On many occasions the Training Audience requires an OpFor to be integrated into the scenario to be able to stress participants and practice the standard operating procedures of the unit. Individuals playing the role of OpFor (bad guy/girl) must be familiar and proficient with weapons (rifles, handguns, knives, etc.) and tactically savvy. Weapons may fire blank rounds or simulation (less than lethal) rounds.
Casualty - STOPS pioneered the integration of casualty role players into military training. Using Special Effects Make-Up Artists and an in-house, cutting-edge production facility; STOPS has the organic capability to produce a multitude of wound effects that can be applied to a casualty role player.
Job Duties
Specific duties will take place at the STOPS Tactical Training Laboratory in San Diego, CA, but on occasion travel to a client's location (throughout the United States and possibly Internationally) will be required. Individuals must be able to follow the direction of the STOPS Project Manager during training scenarios - geared towards the accomplishment of the Training Audience's mission - military, law enforcement, and 1st responder/medical provider personnel.

In this role, you will support a high-impact Network Operations Center that forms the backbone of enterprise service delivery. Physical Security and Access Control:
Oversee and enforce site security policies governing entry, visitor access, and badge management.
Manage access control systems (Lenel, Genetec, Honeywell, or equivalent) including provisioning, audits, and alarm response protocols.
Supervise contract or in-house security guards ensuring 24x7 coverage, professionalism, and adherence to post orders.
Conduct daily perimeter and facility checks for physical integrity, locks, barriers, cameras, and alarm systems.

2. Incident Management and Emergency Response:

4. Security Technology and Systems Oversight:
Manage CCTV, intrusion detection, and environmental monitoring systems, ensuring operational readiness and redundancy.

Site Lead responsibilities include:
Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience
Leader of the whole program to make sure everything runs smoothly
Able to pick up equipment up from storage units to transport to site and return once the program is completed
Leader of admin responsibilities; checking kids in and out, name tags, shirts, first aid, water and snacks.
Make GroupMe RSVP's and send program communication to players prior to the start of each program
Complete game logs at the end of each program
Jump in as coach to support if need
Sports Needed : Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball or Softball.
Rate: $22.50 per hour

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will support treatment delivery for our infused therapy offerings within the gout, neuroimmunology, and ophthalmology business units. The position will be responsible for prospecting and establishing business-to-business relationships with local sites of care (SOC) and for developing and driving account/partner business plans that deliver on agreed upon objectives with oversight of SOC strategy development, execution and measurement. In addition, this individual will also be responsible for working with their internal partners to develop, implement and measure activities to increase pull through by coordinated business planning. Account responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, Local Infusion Providers and Specialty Pharmacies focused on Infusion Services.
* Maximize site of care (SOC) opportunities in accordance with product labelling, strategic imperatives, and Company policies.
* Provide overview of therapy and clinical procedures involved with infusion to assigned SOC customers/partners; coordinate with Medical Affairs team.
* Identifying gaps in existing SOC networks, developing plans to expand SOC options.
* Pulling through national partnership contracts at the local level.
* Proactive and on-going access-related education including coding and billing and conducting quarterly business reviews with SOC administrative leaders.
* Serve as the lead point of contact with sales, patient services and reimbursement access functions for assigned site of care (SOC) customers/partners.
* Evaluate, develop, monitor, measure partnerships/business plans within the designated customer/partner accounts to align with defined objectives (profit, growth, value).
* Responsible for developing and growing relationships with appropriate individuals within the accounts to meet the business needs of the customer/partner through a collaborative approach.
* Develop and deliver business presentations/reviews to customers/partners based on mutual needs/benefits.
* Develop business case to support contracts, negotiate and manage to ensure optimal results, if applicable.
* Understand health care issues/strategies, customer issues/trends and best practices to establish credibility beyond product and therapeutic areas.
* Co-develop and manage execution of jointly developed customer plans, holding customer and company accountable for plan execution.
* Review and analyze contracted performance and communicate account performance broadly with key internal stakeholders.

* Direct experience with identifying and activating sites of care in various infusion service areas such as:
* National and/or regional infusion service providers (ie; SPP's, Infusion Management Companies)
* Hospital outpatient and infusion centers
* Home infusion service providers
* Individual buy and bill physician office practices
* Experience in infused therapies required; rare disease experience preferred.

* Recent launch experience with infused products preferred.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions but with the knowledge of the situations where supervisory input is essential.

The Overnight Adaptive Leader is responsible for working individually with campers with special needs and helping to facilitate the inclusion into a typical overnight camp setting. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, participates in implementation of quality YMCA programs and objectives, and serves as a positive role model.
Pay & Benefits
Weekly Pay: $633.20 - $674.00 This position is exempt from overtime because you will work as a camp counselor or program counselor of an organized camp, and you will be paid a weekly salary equivalent to more than 85% of the minimum wage for a 40-hour week, subject to deduction for the value of lodging you receive and all withholdings and deductions as required by law.
Daily Equivalent: Approximately $105.53 - $112.33 per day

Previous experience working with children with special needs.
Academic background or experience working with children, or experience in the special needs field, health field, or related.
Complete mandatory 24-hour pre-camp training.
In-service trainings and staff meetings as assigned including Child Abuse Prevention Training.
Must be able to live on-site during program season.
Good customer service and communication skills when interacting with campers, parents, and the community.
Conflict resolution and problems-solving skills, along with the ability to maintain a positive approach.
Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency.
CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification, must include Adult and Child/Infant, obtained within 30 days of hire and must be from one of the following certifying organizations:
