    Principal responsibilities include managing natural resources projects, including proposal preparation, client/project management, regulatory agency coordination, jurisdictional waters evaluations, permitting, and protected species surveys. Successful candidates will also guide, manage, and develop field staff and support additional environmental consulting aspects.

    Group Leaders responsibilities will include staff supervision, training, mentoring, and coaching of employees; meeting objectives in safety, quality, human resources, finances and risk management; and staffing projects with appropriately trained and certified personnel, maximizing staff utilization and project profitability.

    The Group Leader in Nashville also serves as a Community Leader, partnering with Nashville Group Leaders in other Business Units to give S&ME visibility in the community and professional organizations.     * Regulatory coordination experience required, including both US Army Corps of Engineers and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation;

    * Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments concurrently with experience in technical report development.
