To serve our students, the district employs approximately 4,000 employees including more than 1,800 teachers. JOB GOAL: Under the direction of the Program Director, the Kidzone Group Leader will perform academic instruction, youth development activities, fine arts, and recreation activities, including programming and other administrative responsibilities within the contract function/services. The Group Leader will be the designated person in charge of the site when the Program Director is out of the program area. The Group Leader will be responsible for planning, delivering, and following up with daily programming activities. The Group Leader will be required to plan and coordinate the daily work assignments for students.
