HDR is looking for a Southwest Florida Transportation Business Group Lead to help lead our Area Transportation Business Group, focused specifically on Southwest Florida. As the Local Geographical Lead, we'll count on you to:
Take responsibility for operations including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
Function as a Client and Project Manager by taking responsibility for client service and project delivery in addition to management responsibilities.
Take administrative responsibility for the staff and technical service functions and lead and coordinate services with other business groups.
Be directly involved in business development planning, proposals and interviews.
Be directly involved with transportation clients in marketing, project production and related issues.
See that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system.
Implement, monitor and support company policy.
Select, train, develop, manage and coach project delivery personnel.
Manage and develop multidiscipline teams.
Work cooperatively with Area and Local Leaders in local and national marketing and production efforts.
Collaborate with Area Transportation Business Group Market Sector Leaders and the Area Business Group Manager to bring the TBG vision to fruition in the local marketplace.
Perform other duties as needed.
You will report to the FL/AL/MS Transportation Business Group Manager who is based in Orlando, FL. The role is driven to assist in the execution of the annual business plan of the FL/AL/MS Transportation Business Group. Your responsibility will be across the local geography and the role will require periodic travel.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Controlling - Responsible for assisting with meeting the operational metrics for the Area Transportation Business Group including specifically net fees earned and profitability.
Staffing - Assist in prioritization of hires, identification and recruiting of candidates, development and retention of staff and management of workload.
Client Management Leadership & Assistance - Collaborate with staff in the definition and engagement strategy for clients within the Area.
Alignment of Resources - Coordinate the alignment of internal resources to the needs of our clients and the achievement of goals.
Strategic Planning - Assist in development of annual strategic planning effort.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Monitor and communicate progress toward period and annual net fee bookings goals. Work closely with business development leadership to observe trends, adjust projections and make required alterations to plan in an effort to achieve year over year goals and cost management targets.
* Other Initiatives: The candidate will be encouraged to expand HDR branding in the area and attend civic functions such as ACEC-FL, FTBA, and other functions to interact and establish/maintain client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, or the ability to gain reciprocity.
Must have proven marketing and business development skills in addition to contacts/relationships with transportation clients.
Requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal), demonstrated team building capabilities, strong people-leader experience of a diverse team.
Good leadership and organizational skills with the ability to grow continue to grow the local geography's transportation team.
Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand.
Ability to handle multiple assignments effectively.
Be committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
15 years industry experience, must include management experience.
Experience must include significant transportation experience.

The SBA Credit Risk Team Lead is responsible for all underwriting activities related to new and existing credit transactions with moderate to higher complexity including client diligence, structuring, and the required analysis and preparation of the underwriting package. Roles and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the contractor site lead for all SPPS contracted personnel

Position Requirements:
· 12+ years of military service
· 3+ years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters
· 4+ years of experience working with SharePoint
· 2+ years as a SharePoint Administrator
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
