Familiarize yourself with the functional groups within Group One Trading. Begin a comprehensive, options theory and proprietary software training plan. Learn about our different functional groups to understand different responsibilities that make up Group One's ecosystem. Within 3 Months, You'll Learn the roles and skillsets of your teammates to discern and utilize the best advice and information for yourself and others. Begin portfolio maintenance coverage training. Communicate at a high level with both the Risk Desk and trading teams. Have taken and passed your licensing requirements. Within 6 Months, You'll Have a thorough understanding of our proprietary software and tools. Actively trade and position monitor while shadowing our trading teams. Gain experience while rotating through our on-floor trading presence. During your first 12 Months, You'll Continue to receive consistent feedback on your performance in the options training program and your daily responsibilities.
