Program Overview

Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.
The program starts with a two-week Global Induction with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Group Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School.
Following your induction, you will be part of a one-year job rotation in 3 different departments: Research and Development, Operations in one of our production sites, and Sales Support/Technical Sales.
After the first year of rotation, you will start your international assignment for a duration of 3 years. The position will be either technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, or business related, strongly linked to the core of our business.
You will learn new ways of working, acquire new knowledge, meet new colleagues and embrace a new culture!
At the end of your assignment abroad, returning to the country you have been hired in, you will be ready to take on a new responsibility in the technical or business areas continuing your career in Prysmian Group.

What You'll Do

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead cross-functional program teams in the planning, definition and execution of Optical module new product introduction projects within the Cisco Client Optics portfolio with a focus on Product hardware development and qualification.

* Drive definition and closure of project requirements, project plans/schedules, and resource needs. Serve as a primary owner of program commitments.

* Actively manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks for all elements of development, as well as providing consistent program status and progress against objectives.

* Manage projects that involve significant technical & business complexity requiring communication, collaboration and conflict resolution across various organizations within Cisco.

* Coordinate with Client Optics Engineering team and component suppliers to drive activities and issue resolution related to optics module development and qualification.

* Work collaboratively with Client Optics Engineering, Product Marketing, Platform Teams, Central Engineering, Finance, and other cross functional teams.

* Conduct weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with Cisco stakeholders and suppliers.

Who You Are

Our Minimum Requirements for This Role:

* B.S or higher degree in an Electrical or Computer Engineering Discipline

* Five years of previous Engineering program management experience

* Prior experience in project managing of ASIC development with a detailed understanding of ASIC development/fabrication process steps including packaging and test.

* Prior experience in project managing matrixed hardware development.

* Prior experience in managing hardware development targeting high volume / low cost manufacturing. * Experience in project management of optical module development projects a plus.

* Deep understanding of hardware development methodology and interdependencies with other functions

* Project budget planning and spend management experience

* Good written and personal communication skills

* Ability to motivate, negotiate and hold teams accountable for commitments

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high level of complexity

* Strong technical and analytical skills

* MS Excel, Project, and Powerpoint skills

Position Summary

Program Team Members work together as a team with the Program Director in developing and supervising camp programs. Program Team Members also are Head Cabin Leaders for specific villages and supervise, support, and mentor cabin leaders within their village.

Essential Functions

+ Attend and actively participate in Staff Orientation.

+ Attend and actively participate in all Staff meetings.

+ Act as Head Counselor by overseeing, assisting, and mentoring Cabin Leaders.

+ Oversee and maintain safety and health standards within the program.

+ Complete a brief at the end of the summer. It is suggested to do this weekly.

+ Support and enforce camp policies and practices.

+ Show flexibility in programming that accommodates different camp populations.

+ To work with the Program Director in developing camp programs

+ Work closely with the Program Director in developing special projects and evening programs.

+ Assist program area specialists in their areas as needed.

+ Attend and actively participate in all programs related activities and Sunday Worship Services.

+ Promote observance of spiritual emphasis within the program and moral code affecting both campers and Staff.

+ Help plan and execute daily chapel programs as assigned.

+ Assist the Camp Director in matters of discipline of campers and staff, following disciplinary guidelines.

+ Complete weekly statistics and evaluation forms.

+ Work the occasional Monday-Saturday week to accommodate a longer work week.

Working Conditions

May be asked to use fire protection equipment, washers and dryers, special program, and recreational equipment. May be asked to drive camp vehicles or golf carts. Should be proficient in computer skills and word processing.
