Major Areas of Responsibility
Operations
· Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements and
obtain client signature and payment in accordance with venue deadlines.
· Fosters strong relationships with event clients and operational;

· Participates in the development and implementation of goals,
objectives, policies and priorities of all sales department activities.
· Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple
projects and meet frequent deadlines.
· Provides ready assistance to sales management to ensure all services
exceed guest expectations.
· Coordinates menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the sales
management team in accordance with Levy standards.
· Update AR and aging – Follow up on any outstanding balance 35 days
past due.
· Communicate details of each event to the culinary, catering and
stadium operations teams.
· Attend meetings and establish a clear line of communication.
· Inspect event set ups to ensure they match the BEO and
expectations.
· Follow up with guests after events, sends anniversary cards for
weddings and facilitate guest share surveys.
· High-energy; ability to remain focused on accomplishing tasks,
working independently, stay organized and offer excellent service
· Assist with day to day operations and event day operations occasionally
as needed.
Controls
· Maintain positive and professional relationship and builds an
effective rapport with the client, business partners, department leaders and vendors.

(Point-of-Sale, Reserve cloud and more).
· Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
· Process invoices in a timely basis.
