The out of school time hours between 3:00pm and 6:00pm are the highest risk times for youth. YouthCOR, CORA's Out of School Time programs, is dedicated to impacting the lives of children, youth and families during these critical hours. YouthCOR does this through partnering with the schools and communities to provide access to dynamic programing and new experiences for young people in many neighborhoods around Philadelphia.

An After School Group Supervisor is a full time (30 hours a week) team member committed to furthering the mission of YouthCOR through the development of creative, engaging, rigorous activities in YouthCOR Programs.
Working as an After School Group Supervisor with CORA, you will:
Create a supportive, positive and fun classroom environment during program time.
Build impactful and professional relationships with students in your group.
Create new and dynamic experiences for students at YouthCOR through the creation of lesson plans and program schedules.
Collaborate with OST leadership team to create structured activities and Project Based Learning Plans for the program.
Assist the Site Director in coaching the group leaders in lesson plan execution and implementation.
In absence of Site Director, supervise and facilitate group during program time.
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr plus $400 sign on bonus ($200 paid after hire, and $200 paid after 4 months of service).
Qualified After School Group Supervisor Candidates Should Possess:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2-3 years of experience with children

Forsyth County's Parks and Recreation Department has an opening for a Park Maintenance Group Supervisor based at Triad Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead a team of 14 professionals in all aspects of park maintenance from normal everyday operations, to events, to general facilities maintenance. An employee in this position will perform supervisory and skilled park maintenance work in the daily operation and maintenance of assigned County parks.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Work Schedule may occasionally include evenings, holidays, and weekends to cover for events and vacancies.
Distinguishing Features

Considerable knowledge of the materials, methods and equipment used in maintenance
