EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Facilitates group therapy. Influences others to act in support of therapy. Ensures others grasp the purpose and benefits of the therapy. Tailors therapy sessions to the specific patient therapy group.

+ Maintains a group culture that ensures the safety of patients, which includes upholding the group expectations identified in the Patient Handbook.

+ Develops, revises, and implements modules for group therapy, particularly as therapist learns new techniques, theories, etc. relevant to the group topic.
