Responsibilities What You'll Do Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission. Qualifications $2,000 Sign On Bonus! *Remote hires not included, must be an in-office staff member. Salary range: $50,000-$70,000/ year * Based on experience, and education Schedule (EST): Mon 9a-7p; Tues 9a-5p; Wed 9a-7p; Thurs 9a-9p Bachelor's degree. An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. Present mental health/behavioral health findings and recommendations in verbal or written format to appropriate professionals either upon request or as part of a regular case presentation for peer review or clinical meetings. Lead staff training sessions on new therapeutic techniques and practices. Provides training and education on clinical topics to team members, staff, and the community, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements. Qualifications Clinical Psychologist Requirements: Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology. Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions, or one year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families for specialty behavioral health settings. Licenses/Registration: Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice. First Aid/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification obtained within 45 days of employment.
