Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
*Dependent on licensure, education and tenure
Responsibilities
Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications
Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC, CADC, LCAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace.
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.

Work hours vary from Monday through Friday and may include a minimum of two evenings per week.
General Responsibilities (full job description will be provided upon interview):
Provide individual therapy, family sessions, group counseling, and psychoeducational sessions.
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, weekly sessions, and discharges.
Facilitate 5-6 daily sessions using TF-CBT, EMDR, or a psychoeducational curriculum.
Complete progress notes and maintain comprehensive client records.
Create and implement treatment plans.
Submit daily documentation and monthly data in a timely manner.
Travel to a satellite office once per week to conduct sessions in Charlotte County or Hendry County.
Participate in weekly individual/group supervision.
Complete quarterly and annual training.
Provide testimony in court as needed.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.

Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
