Must be versatile and support all facets of strategic consulting from design to deployment for the Integrated operations practice.
Understands leading and innovative technology for pillar such as tools focused around Trade Promotion Planning, Optimization and Management commercial activities, can translate Customer Development (CD) Insights and analytics, develop strategic growth plans, channel development, business plan development and execution, industry leading platforms, automation. Management/Optimization processes to address industry best practices associated with customer types (retail, wholesale, distributor, B2B, etc,.)
Industry domain experience in supply chain and CPG or Retail
You will need to demonstrate the ability to:
Create and communicate a transformation roadmap and vision around how organizations execute and manage go to market activities relating to category and channel performance tracking, customer business plan execution, promotional and in store execution activities
Have the ability to envision and craft a transformation plan and operating model for various clients that integrates customer development and promo execution plans with other supply chain, finance, data and analytics activities that would drive greater business outcomes and remove friction across the enterprise.
Play a key role in the sales and pursuit process to sell the pillar design and vision for integrated operations to prospective clients.
Lead and support projects spanning several practices/disciplines/geographies managing scope, risks, results, delays and profitability.
Ability to analyze existing client data, volumes, technology, operating models, process outcomes and design leading Integrated Operations solutions and pursuit content for prospective and existing clients.
Be an “Influencer” in the further development of your domain/specialism via technical knowledge, capabilities and attitude and domain/industry expertise. Works across functional teams to advise and direct

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
As Execute Pillar Support, you will support the Pillar lead on solutioning and designing our transformation and product strategy for the Customer Development (Execute) pillar, and support associated programs. In addition, you will be responsible for managing pillar SMEs, associates, analysts and supporting roles for transformation and related projects. You will create a business platform from which you generate business volume and/or value and develop high-level business relations and high-impact projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist in ServiceNow environments including GRC / IRM / TPRM module.
ITIL Foundation Certification (v4). Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Agile lifecycle and tools like ServiceNow Docs and NowCreate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM) is ideal but specifically GRC.
Familiarity with Common Services Data Model and Strategic Portfolio Management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Competencies

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 to $150,000 Base Pay US Dollars.

What duties will help you grow?
Deliver and manage overall projects or their parts accordingly to time, cost and expected quality, specifically:
- Use your knowledge and expertise to develop high quality project deliverables
- Manage and organize Client workshops
- Manage Change Management projects
- Provide feedback and secure feedback is provided
- Monitor and report project progress
- Monitor risks and prepare mitigation plans
If required, manage project financials, define, and maintain project plan, supervise resource allocation, monitor, and report project progress, assess, and mitigate risks
Participate in end-to-end sales process, specifically proposal development process (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery)
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Use your knowledge and expertise to actively support development of Capgemini's offering and products
Develop transformation agenda for existing and new clients

Responsibilities:
Perform reactive incident response functions including but not limited to\: host-based analysis functions through investigating Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X systems to identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
Examine firewall, web, database, and other log sources to identify evidence of malicious activity.
Investigate data breaches leveraging forensics tools including Encase, FTK, X-Ways, SIFT, Splunk, etc.
Manage incident response engagements to scope work, guide clients through forensic investigations, contain security incidents, and provide guidance on longer term remediation recommendations.
Mentorship of team members in incident response and forensics best practices.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in professional services consultancy, commercial cyber security, information security or related industries.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, Cyber Security
8+ years of experience in an analytical role of either network forensics analyst, threat analyst, incident response or security engineer/consultant
Proficient with host-based forensics and data breach response
Experience with EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, SIFT, Splunk, Redline, Volatility, WireShark, TCPDump, and open source forensic tools
One or more of the following technical certifications\: GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM), EnCE or equivalent certifications in these areas
Demonstrated ability to make decisions on remediation and countermeasures for challenging information security threats
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and present concise, relevant information to a non-technical audience
Experience with advanced computer exploitation methodologies
Incident response consulting experience preferred
