Minimizes the bank's liability exposure by adhering to established policies and procedures, internal controls, and legal and regulatory guidelines. Stays current on applicable branch policies and regulations. Follows established security controls to protect the branch against criminal and fraudulent activities and unnecessary risk or exposure. Ensures compliance and proper documentation requirements are met in adherence to internal policies and procedures during the new account opening process and service transactions. Required Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in IT project management, specifically managing medium-to-large scale software application development projects. 5+ years' experience in managing multiple projects concurrently. In-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing software projects and programs. Documented and proven ability to formulate project plans for managing and monitoring progress on software development projects; to think logically and to analyze and solve problems; compile, organize and analyze data; to evaluate and monitor projects, plans and schedules and implement corrective action plans.
